Bausch Health (BHC) – Both resistance levels fell in 15 minutes
We had $8.00 (52-week high) as first resistance and $8.52 (after-hours high) as the next level, with $7.62 as first support. BHC dipped below $7.62 in thin early pre-market trading, then recovered and opened near $7.66. In the first 15 minutes it ran through both $8.00 and $8.52, reaching $8.58.
The pullback that followed stopped at $8.17, well above $8.00, and from there BHC climbed steadily all day. It set a new 52-week high of $9.04 in the last half hour and closed at $8.91, up 29%. This was the cleanest setup on the list.

Teladoc Health (TDOC) – No fade this time
We had warned that Teladoc’s mixed guidance could bring a fade back toward $7.35. Instead, it spent most of pre-market between $7.50 and $7.96 and opened at $7.92, already above our $7.60 resistance. It cleared $7.99 within minutes and reached $8.89 in the first 15 minutes.
TDOC pulled back to $8.35 by late morning, still far above both resistance levels, then worked higher to a high of $8.99. It closed at $8.73, up 27%.
DMC Global (BOOM) – Support held on a wild open
BOOM traded between $7.57 and $8.15 in pre-market and opened above our $8.00 resistance. The first 15 minutes were volatile, with a range of $7.66 to $8.88, but the low stayed above our $7.59 support. It never reached $9.20, the second resistance, and spent most of the day between $8.20 and $8.70 before closing at $8.48, up 10%.
Stellantis (STLA) – Inside the range all day
STLA traded between $4.57 and $4.77 for the whole session, never testing our $4.83 resistance or $4.54 support. It closed at $4.70, up 0.4%, after its 13% jump on Wednesday.
Prime Medicine (PRME) – A spike, then a fade
PRME did not reclaim $5.36 in pre-market, the signal we had flagged. It still broke our $5.43 resistance at the open and spiked to $5.91, but it stalled below $6.00 by 10 a.m. ET and faded the rest of the day. It closed at $5.24, down 2%, holding above our $5.07 support during the session before slipping to about $5.12 after hours. We scored it neutral: the breakout paid quickly, but only for traders who took profits early.
Takeaways
Three of the five names broke through our resistance levels and two stayed neutral, on a day when QQQ fell 1.4% and small caps rose 1%. The three winners all had fresh earnings and held their first support at the open, while Prime Medicine, the one name moving without news, gave back its spike.
