By Tech & Money Press · Pre-market watchlist for Tuesday, October 27, 2026

Market Setup

Stocks started the week higher on Monday. SPY closed at $765.37 (+0.7%), QQQ gained 1.1% to $712.20 and the small-cap IWM added 0.4% to $276.99. Deal news drove the big caps: Range Resources jumped about 18% on an all-stock acquisition by EQT, and Surgery Partners rose 48% after agreeing to be acquired. Brazil-linked stocks were hit hard after President Lula’s election win, with XP falling 48% and Inter & Co. losing 35%. The after-hours session was firm, with SPY near $766.40 and QQQ near $714.43.

Today’s list mixes fresh news with momentum. Xtend AI Robotics ran on preliminary revenue and a new U.S. CEO, Braiin launched a new AI platform and then collapsed before bouncing hard after the bell, GrafTech posted its biggest gain in months, Veea extended a two-day run, and Lucid Diagnostics kept climbing on Medicare payments. Here are the levels we are watching.

1. Xtend AI Robotics (XTND) – Nine-month revenue tops all of 2025

Close: $2.18 (+23.2%) · Day range: $1.70–$3.05 · Volume: 41.2M (about 36x its 10-day average) · After hours: ~$2.24 (+2.6%), range $2.14–$2.29

Xtend reported preliminary revenue of $24.5 million to $26.5 million for the nine months ended Sept. 30, already more than its full-year 2025 revenue. The AI Robotics segment has a backlog of about $84 million. The company also named Matt McGraw, a retired Navy SEAL captain, as CEO of its U.S. business. This follows a $40.5 million order for 6,000 STRIKER drone systems earlier this month. Full third-quarter results are due Nov. 16.

Our Take: XTND spiked to $3.05 in the first hour, then gave back most of the move and spent the afternoon between $2.14 and $2.29. That tight range is the setup. $2.29 (after-hours high) is the first resistance, and $3.05 (Monday’s high) is the big one. On the downside, $2.14 (after-hours low) is the first support, then $1.78 (Friday’s high). With a market cap above $500 million, this is one of the more liquid names on the list.

2. Braiin (BRAI) – AI launch, a 58% collapse, then a 52% after-hours bounce

Close: $2.12 (−40.3%) · Day range: $2.10–$5.05 · Volume: 6.5M (about 100x its 10-day average) · After hours: ~$3.22 (+51.9%), range $2.16–$3.42 on about 2.2M shares

Braiin launched Force AI, an orchestration layer for its RADIUS contact center platform. It lets companies run customer service with models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft or open-source providers without being locked into one vendor. The stock jumped to $5.05 in the morning on the news. Then, starting around 3:00 p.m. ET, it fell from about $4.17 to $2.10 in under an hour, with no new headline we could find. After the bell, buyers stepped back in and pushed it up to $3.42.

Our Take: This is a high-risk rebound, not a clean momentum setup. $3.42 (after-hours high) is the first resistance, and $3.55 (Friday’s close) is next. On the downside, $2.85 (after-hours breakout level) is the first support, then $2.16 (after-hours low). A stock that drops 58% from its high and bounces 52% in one evening can move fast either way. Small size and hard stops only.

3. GrafTech International (EAF) – Up 43% in two days

Close: $10.65 (+25.1%) · Day range: $8.60–$11.51 · Volume: 2.2M (about 4.5x its 10-day average) · After hours: ~$10.71 (+0.6%), range $10.34–$10.80

GrafTech, which makes graphite electrodes for electric arc steel furnaces, followed Friday’s 14% gain with a 25% jump on Monday. That takes the stock from $7.45 to $10.65 in two sessions. We did not find a new company headline behind Monday’s move. Earlier this month, RBC Capital raised its price target to $8 with a Sector Perform rating, a level the stock has now passed.

Our Take: EAF pulled back from $11.51 to $9.81 in the afternoon and then recovered to close near $10.65, which is a good sign. It is also holding steady after hours. $10.80 (after-hours high) is the first resistance, then $11.51 (Monday’s high). On the downside, $10.34 (after-hours low) is the first support, then $9.81 (Monday’s afternoon low). With a market cap near $290 million, this is the most established name on the list.

4. Veea (VEEA) – Two-day run of 45% with a close near the high

Close: $6.08 (+23.3%) · Day range: $4.80–$6.25 · Volume: 1.8M · After hours: ~$6.01 (−1.2%), range $5.78–$6.08

Veea, an edge AI and smart-retail platform company, rose 18% on Friday and another 23% on Monday, taking it from $4.19 to $6.08. There was no new company headline on Monday. Earlier this month the stock spiked to $7.09 after Veea regained full Nasdaq compliance, then faded to $3.86 by Oct. 22. It has only about 3.1 million shares outstanding and a market value near $19 million.

Our Take: The close at $6.08, just under the $6.25 high, is the strongest feature here, and the stock held after hours on light volume. $6.25 (Monday’s high) is the first resistance, then $7.09 (Oct. 9 high). On the downside, $5.78 (after-hours low) is the first support, then $5.28 (Friday’s high). VEEA faded hard after its last spike, so keep size small.

5. Lucid Diagnostics (LUCD) – Medicare payments fuel a 53% two-day run

Close: $0.50 (+21.8%) · Day range: $0.41–$0.56 · Volume: 43.6M · After hours: ~$0.53 (+5.8%), range $0.48–$0.55

Lucid said it is now receiving Medicare payments for its EsoGuard esophageal DNA test at $1,938.01 per test. It also closed a $15 million private placement of Series C convertible preferred stock with existing long-term shareholders. Since that news on Oct. 22, the stock has climbed from $0.33 to $0.50. BTIG reiterated its Buy rating and $2.50 price target on Friday.

Our Take: LUCD is still climbing after hours, which is a good sign for a third day. $0.56 (Monday’s high) is the first resistance, then $0.62 (Oct. 14 high). On the downside, $0.48 (after-hours low) is the first support, then $0.45 (Friday’s high). Keep in mind that the new preferred stock converts at $0.3519 per share, well below the current price, which can add selling pressure. This is a sub-$1 stock, so spreads and position size matter.

Bottom Line

Tuesday’s list is built around Monday’s news-driven runners. Xtend and Lucid have concrete catalysts and are holding after hours, while GrafTech and Veea closed strong without a fresh headline. Braiin is the wild card after a 58% intraday collapse and a sharp bounce after the bell. As always, pre-market levels can change quickly, so wait for confirmation after the open.
