Russia’s largest financial institution has received official approval to operate a cryptocurrency exchange. Sberbank is now preparing to launch trading services for major digital assets including Bitcoin, Ether, and Tether USDt in the near future.

European retailer MediaMarkt pulled Ledger products as the wallet maker probes tampering reports beyond CryptoBilis in Southeast Asia.

Ledger revealed how LTE-enabled implants compromised wallet recovery phrases. Following the discovery, CryptoBilis stopped its sales operations. Additionally, Trezor and OneKey severed their business relationships with the reseller.

Strategy has expanded its digital asset portfolio by purchasing an additional 250 units of cryptocurrency. Following this latest transaction, the organization holds a total of 848,250 Bitcoin while maintaining a significant cash reserve of nearly five billion dollars.

Standard Chartered has introduced custody services for Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin operating on the XRP Ledger. The banking institution also intends to permit institutional clients to utilize these digital tokens as trading collateral.
