Stocks to Watch Monday, Oct. 26: AI Okto, Bolt Biotherapeutics, Rent the Runway, ClearOne, BlackSky
By Tech & Money Press · Pre-market watchlist for Monday, October 26, 2026
Market Setup
Stocks ended a choppy week mixed on Friday. SPY closed at $759.97 (-0.5%), QQQ was flat at $704.40 and the small-cap IWM slipped 0.3% to $275.75. Telecom was the weak spot: AT&T fell 8.0% and Verizon lost 1.2%, while Bloom Energy dropped 11.2%. The after-hours session was calm, with SPY near $761.13 and QQQ near $704.86.
Today’s list is all about Friday’s news-driven runners. AI Okto and ClearOne posted huge moves but gave some back after the bell, Bolt Biotherapeutics announced a reverse merger with a financing priced above the market, Rent the Runway jumped after hours on large insider purchases, and BlackSky popped late in the session. Here are the levels we are watching.
1. AI Okto (AIOK) – Special dividend sparks a 183% run
Close: $12.02 (+182.8%) · Day range: $5.40–$15.59 · Volume: 42.9M (about 7.9x its 10-day average) · After hours: ~$9.83 (-18.2%), range $9.10–$12.82
AI Okto’s board declared a one-time special dividend of $3.50 per share, payable in cash or common stock. The same morning, Robin Energy (RBNE) agreed to buy a 5,000 cbm LPG carrier from AI Okto for $18 million. AI Okto is controlled by Robin Energy’s chairman and CEO. With only about 4.3 million shares outstanding, the stock traded its entire share count roughly nine times on Friday.
Our Take: AIOK gave back 18% after hours, so the pre-market will show if buyers are still interested. $9.10 (after-hours low) is the first support, then $8.70 (Oct. 9 close). On the upside, $12.82 (after-hours high) is the first test, and $15.59 (Friday’s high) is the big one. The dividend record and ex-dates matter here, because the price can adjust when the stock goes ex-dividend. Check the company’s filing before trading it. Expect wide spreads and fast moves.

2. Bolt Biotherapeutics (BOLT) – Reverse merger and a $120M raise above market
Close: $6.27 (+49.6%) · Day range: $5.99–$7.78 · Volume: 12.9M · After hours: ~$6.86 (+9.4%), range $6.13–$6.86
Bolt is acquiring Prana Therapies in a stock-for-stock reverse merger. Prana holders will own 51.7% of the combined company, which will focus on PRA-216, an IL-4Rα/TSLP bispecific antibody now in Phase 2 trials for asthma, COPD and atopic dermatitis. Bolt also agreed to a $120 million private placement at $8.5743 per share on an as-converted basis, with warrants for up to $60 million more at the same price. The financing is expected to close on Oct. 26 and should fund operations into 2028.
Our Take: The financing was priced at about $8.57, well above Friday’s close, and the stock is holding gains after hours. $7.78 (Friday’s high) is the first resistance, and $8.57 (the deal price) is the next level. On the downside, $5.99 (Friday’s low) is key support, then $4.68 (Oct. 12 high). The share count is very small, so moves can be sharp in both directions. Remember that the new preferred stock and warrants can add shares later.

3. Rent the Runway (RENT) – Up 25% after hours on $6M of insider buying
Close: $2.30 (-3.0%) · Day range: $2.19–$2.39 · Volume: 6.7M · After hours: ~$2.88 (+25.2%), range $2.30–$3.47 on about 4.0M shares
Form 4 filings released after the close show two directors, Peter Comisar and Damian Giangiacomo, each bought 632,922 shares at $3.55 (about $2.25 million each). A 10% owner, APU US Management, bought 458,245 shares at the same price (about $1.63 million). That is roughly $6.1 million of buying at a price about 54% above Friday’s close.
Our Take: Insiders paying $3.55 is a strong signal, and the after-hours spike reached $3.47, close to that price. $3.47 (after-hours high) and $3.55 (insider price) form the main resistance zone. If the gap holds, $2.39 (Friday’s high) is the first support, then $2.09 (Oct. 22 low). Watch if the stock can hold above $2.88 in the pre-market.

4. ClearOne (CLRO) – 69% gain on heavy small-cap volume
Close: $3.25 (+69.3%) · Day range: $1.97–$4.69 · Volume: 36.6M (about 7.8x its 10-day average) · After hours: ~$2.93 (-9.8%), range $2.90–$4.67
ClearOne, a micro-cap audio and conferencing tech company, was one of Friday’s top Nasdaq gainers with no major company headline. It has a history of sharp spikes: the stock jumped as high as $6.00 on Sept. 28 before fading. With a market value of only about $9 million, volume of 36.6 million shares on Friday was extreme.
Our Take: CLRO is already fading after hours, which is typical for a no-news spike. $2.90 (after-hours low) is the first support, and if that breaks, $2.10 (Oct. 22 high) is next. On a bounce, $3.73 (Oct. 14 high) is the first resistance, then $4.69 (Friday’s high). This one is high risk, so keep size small and use clear stops.

5. BlackSky Technology (BKSY) – Up 12% after hours as defense demand builds
Close: $17.58 (+5.3%) · Day range: $16.13–$17.61 · Volume: 716K · After hours: ~$19.70 (+12.1%), range $17.13–$19.70
BlackSky closed near its high on Friday and kept climbing after the bell. Earlier in the week, the company announced an expanded seven-figure Gen-3 Assured contract with an international defense partner that doubled its subscription in less than six months. BlackSky has reaffirmed 2026 revenue guidance of $130–$150 million.
Our Take: The after-hours move came on light volume (about 20K shares), so we want to see it confirmed in the pre-market. $19.89 (Oct. 13 high) is the first resistance, then $20.80 (Oct. 12 high). On a pullback, $18.54 (Oct. 15 high) is the first support, then $17.61 (Friday’s high). The stock has been in a downtrend since late September, so a hold above $18.54 would be a good sign.

Bottom Line
Monday’s list leans on small caps with fresh catalysts. Bolt and Rent the Runway have concrete news with prices above the market, while AI Okto and ClearOne are extended after huge runs and already pulling back after hours. BlackSky needs pre-market volume to confirm its late move. As always, pre-market levels can change quickly, so wait for confirmation after the open.
